Who We Are:
We're a full-service creative shop born out of ATTN:'s purpose-driven mission to bring attention to the things that matter. We exist to build brands for the attention era. We accelerate growth for brands, putting them at the center of culture so they become the center of attention. We are a diverse group of entrepreneurial spirits, creative minds and makers and we're lucky enough to work with some of the world's most innovative brands and culturally connected brands.
What We Are Looking For:
ATTN: is seeking a hands-on Creative Director to lead end-to-end creative ideation, production, and execution for our partners. This role sits at the intersection of big ideas and social-first production.
You will be responsible for a team of multi-disciplinary creatives and the development of strategically-sound, on-brand, on-trend creative. You will be responsible for creating work that is wholly original, fresh, and exceeds client expectations. And most importantly, you are equal parts leader and doer - not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get the work to where it needs to be.
  • Lead day-to-day creative development and production for social (and, at times, beyond social) for some of the world's best-known brands
  • Excel at ideation and creative development - you must love pitching and making
  • Manage complex productions from pre-production through post, including editing, motion, VFX, and finishing
  • Stay ahead of the curve on emerging cultural trends, platform functionality and social best practices
  • Be confident as a client-facing voice, cementing and organically growing our client relationships in collaboration with leaders in account management, strategy, and production
  • Exert a high standard for creative excellence and attention to detail to produce work - from creative presentations to finished campaigns - that exceed client expectations and makes us all feel inspired
  • Manage and mentor a group of creatives to ensure creative excellence across both pitches and active campaigns

Who You Are:
  • 10-12+ years agency or brand-side experience with a focus in social, creative advertising, or entertainment
  • A deep understanding of the ever evolving social space with a keen eye for viral content and trends on social media platforms
  • Proven experience leading high-volume, high-impact production for social and digital platforms, with a strong understanding of modern production pipelines (VFX and AI production tools a plus)
  • A leader who will bring structure, inspiration and guidance to team of creatives
  • Thrive as a player-coach who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves and be hands-on with the work
  • Proven self-starter, detail-oriented, organized and able to multitask effectively
  • The confidence and charisma to develop meaningful client relationships
  • Proficient in Google Slides and Adobe Creative Suite
