Position Overview:

The Creative Traffic Manager is the orchestrator to the entire creative workflow. This role is the central hub to Trilliant's internal creative team; managing team capacity, setting schedules and reducing bottlenecks between cross functional departments and priorities. Navigating workflow management through intake, prioritization, and routing creative requests. Alongside the Director of Creative, you will establish timelines, milestones and deadlines for projects to ensure efficient delivery; identifying bottlenecks and supporting resources when priorities shift. Outside of day-to-day operations, the Creative Traffic Manager will have a high-level view, focusing on overall workflow efficiency and optimization of the entire creative department.

Responsibilities:

Manage timelines, vendors and deliverables for offsite brand events such as tradeshows, tastings and retailer events

Act as a liaison between the brand team and creative team to own the creative development process, making sure we get the best work out of the team at maximum efficiency and quality for the business

Oversee workflow in multiple mediums across the creative team's initiatives, ensuring version control, edits, internal deadlines, final deadlines, quality control and final release files all are optimized

Organize creative reviews across key stakeholders, at times, leading them and bringing feedback back to the team and/or supporting the meeting collecting notes to submit recap

Support managing outside vendors such as printers, vendors...etc.

Draft internal and external creative development schedules geared around key milestones and stakeholders, that also allow for the best creative output

Audit hours, budgets, staff to match against expectations and proactive considerations, keeping everything moving smoothly

Support onboarding new creative team members, vendors, contractors and freelancers

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their creative needs and provide solutions and facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity on creative objectives

Develop and maintain a repository of best practices for creative operations

All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

An associate's degree in Project Management, Marketing, Communication or Art. Bachelor's degree preferred

3-5 years of experience in creative operations or traffic management, preferably in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience in a creative role such as designer, copywriter or creative strategist preferred

Strong understanding of creative development, thinking and processes

Strong skills in budget management and resource allocation

Proven experience within project management tools

Ability to excel in a fast paced and exciting environment while keeping focused on priorities with a high attention to detail and follow through

Understanding of creative workflows and processes; experience in workflow optimization and process improvement methodologies

Hours, Location and Pay:

We offer a competitive base pay rate and comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees. This role works standard business hours Monday - Friday at our Little Chute, WI facility.

Physical and Mental Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, hear, use hands to type data, use a personal computer and telephone. This employee may occasionally have to operate business machines and lift and/move up to 50 pounds.
