Who you'll work for...
While many companies that sell pizza have no real connection to Italy, Palermo's passion for food and family reaches all the way back to where pizza was born. Papa Palermo brought cherished Sicilian recipes to America, and that same spirit of craftsmanship, pride, and entrepreneurship continues to guide us today.
Innovation is at the heart of who we are. Palermo's takes a forward-thinking, entrepreneurial approach to creating high-quality products that are consistently recognized by both industry and consumers. Our commitment to excellence has made us a leader in private-label frozen pizza and contract manufacturing.
Perks...

  • 401k & Roth with company match and fully vested on the 1st of the Month after Hire

  • Paid holidays plus a floating holiday of choice

  • Opportunity for growth, influence, and long-term career development

  • Creative collaboration with marketing, product, and innovation teams

Where you'll work...
Located in Milwaukee's Menomonee River Valley, Villa Palermo is a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility that adjoins our company headquarters. This position will be at our Milwaukee site 2-3 days per week, with the option to work from home the remainder of the week.
Our high-tech operations include an on-site bakery producing best-in-class crusts, advanced robotic packaging equipment, and a 24-hour shipping and receiving operation. Our creative and marketing teams work closely with product development and operations to bring new ideas and brands to life.
What you'll do...
Combine creative design expertise with project management discipline to bring brand and packaging concepts to life.
You will collaborate closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional partners to execute creative projects that support product launches, marketing campaigns, and brand development.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Designing and producing packaging, print, and digital assets that support Palermo's portfolio of brands

  • Collaborating with external vendors including printers, photographers, and agencies

  • Maintaining awareness of design trends, packaging innovation, and consumer insights

  • Travel up to 15-20 days per year

Why you'll be successful...

What you bring...
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, marketing, or a related field preferred

  • Five to seven years of professional design experience in an agency, in-house creative team, or consumer packaged goods environment

  • Strong experience in packaging design and print production preferred

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and related design tools

  • Experience managing multiple design projects simultaneously
