  • Temporary assignment starting ASAP through 12/18, with the potential to extend or convert to a permanent role; however, neither is guaranteed at this time.
  • W2 only. Candidates must be authorized to work and reside in the United States.
  • Preferred location: Fully remote, with a preference for candidates based in or near Boston, Hartford (CT), Rhode Island, or New York.
  • Must be available to work during Eastern Time (ET) business hours.
  • The ideal candidate will bring a broad mix of experience across integrated brand marketing, retail, CRM, content, social, commerce, retail media, and highly regulated customer communications. This role requires leadership across both high-volume creative production and strategic customer engagement initiatives.
  • Customer wellness, healthcare, or health-adjacent industry experience is required.

Role Purpose

We serve our clients from offices around the world. Passionate about building brands in diverse categories, we handle accounts of all sizes, from local to global, crossing all communication channels. We're currently hiring a Creative Director, Copywriter for one of our newest wins, one of the largest healthcare, pharmacy, and consumer wellness brands in the US. You will concept and execute a variety of deliverables including integrated brand campaigns, retail and shopper marketing, CRM and lifecycle communications, healthcare enrollment and member communications, patient education, social and content creation, retail media and commerce assets, in-store experiences, personalization programs, and AI-enabled creative production. This high conceptual thinker is responsible for generating, co-managing and co-directing the look, tone and feel of all on-strategy creative ideas across multiple mediums. This role is project by project so you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of clients.

Key Accountabilities

  • You'll oversee that creative choices relate to messaging strategies, elevate the quality of the work, and meet client and agency's objectives.
  • You'll mentor direct reports and create a supportive culture.
  • You'll be a go-to client-facing voice, nurture client relationships, present and sell creative concepts, and be a liaison between client and creative teams.
  • You'll seek out new messaging innovations and technologies to cultivate new concepts and promote new ideas.
  • You'll demonstrate an understanding of unique audiences and creating content that is relevant to each.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years minimum experience ideating and executing creative concepts in the creative advertising industry
  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing or related field, required; in lieu of degree, equivalent experience in a relevant field required
  • Strategic and creative skills (written, visual, and conceptual)
  • Client service and presentation skills
  • Experience using a variety of technology platforms and media channels
  • Experience managing multiple teams

The hourly pay range for this position is $88.82 - $118.49.The hourly pay ratefor the successful candidateis based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factorspermittedby law.Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidaysin accordancewithdentsu policy,as well assafe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
