The Creative Director - Automotive Sales Training is a senior leader responsible for shaping and delivering high-impact sales training programs that improve dealership performance and customer experience.
This role blends strategy, instructional design, and hands-on creative development-leading the vision while actively contributing to the creation of engaging, performance-driven learning solutions.
You'll partner closely with stakeholders to translate business priorities into compelling training and coaching experiences across facilitated, digital, and video-based learning.
What You'll Do
  • Define and drive the overall sales training strategy, aligned to business goals, dealer performance, and brand standards
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify performance gaps and design scalable, results-driven training solutions
  • Lead the design and development of ILT, virtual, and video-based training content
  • Create high-impact presentations and visual storytelling assets using tools like Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ensure training programs are engaging, practical, and aligned to real dealership and customer scenarios
  • Oversee curriculum development across roles, ensuring consistency and scalability
  • Present program strategies, updates, and results to stakeholders at all levels
  • Establish quality standards and continuously improve programs based on feedback and performance data
