About the Role

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Creative Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day operational excellence of the Media Creative team. This role will partner closely with Creative Operations leadership to ensure creative projects are efficiently briefed, tracked, coordinated, and delivered across paid and retail media channels. This is a highly collaborative role working closely with Creative, Sales, Production, Account Management, and external partners in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end creative operations including project intake, briefing, timelines, tracking, resourcing support, and delivery coordination
• Assist with the creative intake and briefing process, ensuring submissions are complete and proactively identifying risks or missing information
• Build and maintain project timelines, tracking documents, status reports, and workflow updates to ensure projects stay on track
• Coordinate communication between Creative, Design, Production, Sales, Account Management, agencies, and freelance partners
• Organize and support status meetings, standups, creative reviews, and follow-up action items
• Monitor project workflows and escalate timeline risks, resourcing conflicts, or operational challenges when needed
• Maintain project tracking within tools such as Monday.com, Workfront, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint
• Support ongoing improvement of SOPs, workflows, templates, and process documentation
• Partner with Creative and Production teams to ensure projects are properly scoped and executed across social, video, onsite, and offsite media channels


Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Project Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2–4+ years of experience in creative operations, project management, trafficking, or creative services
• Experience working with creative, marketing, or design teams within agency, retail, or media environments
• Familiarity with digital creative development across social, video, onsite, and offsite channels
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Monday.com, Workfront, Figma, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
