What is a CQI?

A CQI (Continuous Quality Improvement) job focuses on analyzing and improving processes, products, or services to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is typical, as continuous improvement initiatives usually impact multiple departments.
