LIDDA CQI Coordinator
As the LIDDA CQI Coordinator you are responsible for coordinating Continuous Quality Improvement activities related to IDD authority functions, including service coordination oversight, waiver program monitoring, and assurance of health and safety outcomes. This position focuses on compliance with HHSC IDD authority requirements, waiver performance standards, and person-centered practices. The coordinator works closely with IDD leadership, service coordinators, and external providers to promote quality, compliance, and risk mitigation.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Education:Associate degree
Defined Education: Business, Legal, Administration, Healthcare or a closely related field
Preferences: Bachelor's degree in public administration, Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, Healthcare Administration
Substitutions: An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered, including a High School Diploma/GED with a Paralegal Certificate and 2 years' experience in a legal, compliance or administrative environment
Years' Experience: Up to two (2) years of relevant experience
Defined Experience: Experience in contract development and negotiation, financial oversight, compliance monitoring, auditing, legal matters, data-driven project or program management, OR evaluation of program or project performance
License/Certifications: Paralegal Certificate preferred but not required
Special Courses: None
Supervisory Experience: None
