Job description

The Quality Assurance Supervisor (MA5) leads the QA/CQI Unit within the Department of Children, Youth, and Families Early Learning Division in Olympia, overseeing program integrity for the Child Care Subsidy Program. This hybrid leadership role involves supervising nine staff members, developing audit processes, analyzing data, and collaborating across agencies to ensure appropriate use of subsidy funds and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, law, public health, health administration, or compliance-related field plus 4 years of policy research/compliance audit experience,
  • 5 years of professional supervisory experience managing direct-report employees
  • Experience with quality control and program management
  • Knowledge of Child Care Subsidy practices, data systems, and child care administrative rules preferred
  • Master's degree in business administration, public administration, or related field preferred
