Collaboration with cross-functional teams is typical, as continuous improvement initiatives usually impact multiple departments. This dynamic role requires both technical analysis and effective communication to foster an ongoing culture of quality.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed for a CQI?

To thrive as a Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) professional, you need a strong background in quality management, data analysis, and process improvement methodologies, typically supported by a degree in healthcare, engineering, or business.
