This role is a builder-leader mandate: establish the organization, operating cadence, and discipline required to deliver profitable growth, installed-base monetization, and customer trust through world-class execution.

Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities

1. Business & P&L Ownership

  • Own complete USA P&L: revenue, gross margin, cost, working capital
  • Define annual and quarterly business plans
