Counterintelligence Officer – Spanish Language Enabled

Seeking a highly experienced Counterintelligence Officer who possesses Spanish language skills to support our Beacon program's mission to counter global threats. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in intelligence analysis, operations, and counterintelligence, with a focus on supporting complex operations.

Requirements:

  • Requires possession of a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph. Candidates who do not possess this clearance will be disqualified.
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in any discipline from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience.
  • A least 7 years of direct customer experience focused on intelligence operations and analysis.
  • Language Proficiency: Spanish 3+
  • Certifications: Relevant professional certifications are preferred.

Experience:

  • Experience supporting complex intelligence operations or programs.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience working in a global or regional context.
  • Experience in multiple areas, such as countering illicit activities, intelligence analysis, or counterterrorism.

Skills:

  • Research and analysis skills, including open-source research and data analysis.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize competing requirements and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency with standard office software and databases.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.

Knowledge:
