Job description

Counterintelligence (CI) Officer
Location: McLean/Dulles (fully on-site, no remote option)
**Please do NOT apply if you do not have an active Poly clearance. Those without a Poly will not be considered.**
Bespoke Technologies is currently seeking Counterintelligence (CI) Officers at all levels with a current TS/SCI w/Polygraph to research, analyze, and investigate complex counterintelligence issues using a broad range of research methods and tools. The CI Officers will also be expected to provide thorough and knowledgeable briefings on their analysis to customer management.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph level of security clearance; candidates who do not possess the required clearance will be disqualified
  • Experience writing intelligence products and reports
  • Experience conducting CI reviews and requirements
  • Ability to apply CI and risk management principles to safeguard operations
  • Experience related to intelligence research and targeting work is required
  • Demonstrated ability to research and analyze
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve
  • Demonstrated ability to work on several tasks concurrently
  • Strong analytic writing and editing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in team environment successfully
  • Demonstrated success in working in a high-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience collaborating and coordinating with multiple offices and agencies
  • Experience supporting senior decision makers

Required Qualifications:
  • Level 2: requires 3 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree
  • Level 3: requires 7 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree
  • Level 4: requires 12 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree
  • Level 5: requires 20 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree
**Five (5) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for a college degree
