Job Summary
Lucayan Technology Solutions is seeking an experienced Desk Officer to join our team in Tampa, FL. The Desk Officer will play a pivotal role in supporting SOCCENT operations by overseeing intelligence monitoring, analysis, and reporting functions. This position provides critical support to personnel and operational security, ensures compliance with DoD/IC directives, and delivers timely intelligence products that inform decision-making at the highest levels. This role requires significant HUMINT expertise, targeting cycle knowledge, and proven intelligence community experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor intelligence and operational data related to security classification, physical security, and operational security.
  • Support the creation of a wide range of intelligence products including Counterintelligence Reviews, Damage Assessments, Intelligence Support Packets, and Targeting Packets.
  • Apply advanced expertise in the Intelligence Cycle, HUMINT Targeting Cycle, and HVI Targeting.
  • Conduct Human Factors Analysis, Human Terrain Analysis, Social Network Analysis, and Patterns of Life Analysis.
  • Utilize databases such as HUMINT Online Tasking and Reporting, GCOMS, G2G, CRATE, and CHROME.
  • Ensure all intelligence reporting is accurate, responsive, and aligned with operational needs.
  • Prepare and deliver briefings, reports, and analysis to leadership.

Work Environment
  • Onsite position at Tampa, Florida.
  • Mission-critical, high-security environment supporting Special Operations Command Central (SOCCENT).
  • Less than 10% travel required.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph eligibility.
  • Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, International Relations, Homeland Security, or related field.
  • Experience:
    • 12+ years of DoD Intelligence Community or equivalent experience.
    • 5+ years of SOF or AOR-related experience.
    • Proficiency with intelligence systems and HUMINT operational tools.

Required Certifications
  • None required.
  • Preferred: Certifications or specialized training in HUMINT or intelligence analysis.

Desired Qualifications
  • Prior SOCCENT experience.
  • Expertise in HUMINT operations and targeting cycles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to brief senior leaders.
