Job Summary Lucayan Technology Solutions is seeking a Senior Counterintelligence Analyst to support the Combatant Command (CCMD) and Joint Intelligence Operations Center (JIOC) in Tampa, FL. The Senior CI Analyst will apply advanced counterintelligence expertise to analyze complex data, produce actionable CI products, and support operational and strategic-level decision-making. This role directly impacts national security by identifying, assessing, and mitigating insider threats and foreign intelligence risks. Key Responsibilities Assimilate and evaluate large volumes of CI and all-source intelligence data. Research, develop, and deliver multimedia and written CI reports . Create all-source association matrices on screened individuals of CI interest. Develop counterintelligence products at both the operational and strategic levels. Prepare and present CI intelligence briefings to senior leaders. Provide subject matter expertise (SME) to support CI operations and assessments . Work Environment Onsite at Tampa, Florida in a high-security, mission-critical environment. Collaborative and fast-paced setting supporting DoD counterintelligence operations . Less than 10% travel required. Minimum Qualifications Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI required. Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship required. Education: Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Homeland Security, Intelligence Studies, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field. * Experience:
  • * 12+ years as a CI Agent or equivalent HUMINT-focused specialty. 8+ years of general AOR or SOF-related experience. 5+ years of specialized CI/AOR experience. Completion of JCITA, ACICC, or equivalent credential-producing CI courses . Required Certifications / Training Graduate of DoD or Joint Asset Risk Management System Course (or interagency equivalent) . Graduate of JCITA or Advanced Counterintelligence Collections Course . Equivalent CI badge and credential-producing courses accepted. Preferred Qualifications Extensive experience preparing CI briefings and intelligence products for senior leadership. Strong analytical and communication skills. * Familiarity with SOF CI operations and recent AOR experience.
