Our Lake Success office is seeking a full-time, on-site receptionist for a fast-paced, diverse law firm.
Job Summary

The receptionist will serve as support to the firm by performing various administrative tasks.
General Responsibilities:

Answering phones, forwarding calls, and taking messages
Opening and distributing daily mail
Scanning
Typing letters
Opening and closing case files
Greet clients, opposing counsel, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
Setting up virtual and in-person conference room meetings
Maintaining a clean office, conference rooms, and restocking supplies as needed
Assist with various administrative tasks
Job Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years in a professional office environment (legal experience is a plus).
Clear and effective communication skills, including the ability to work independently and problem solve
Planning/Organizing Prioritizes and plans work activities with an emphasis on time management and efficacy
