Position Overview

Inspire Counseling Center LLC is seeking a dedicated and licensed mental health counselor (LMFT, LICSW, LMHC) to join our dynamic team. This full-time remote position offers the flexibility of working from home while delivering high-quality mental health services. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual therapy sessions, as well as group and family therapy, tailored to meet the unique needs of clients across all age groups.
  • Thoroughly assess client histories, collaboratively determining appropriate treatment strategies in consultation with clients and fellow mental health professionals.
  • Engage in program development and meticulous facilitation of therapeutic activities, working closely with our Clinical Director to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
  • Participate actively in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings, fostering collaboration with psychiatric providers and other clinical staff to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Create, implement, and regularly evaluate individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and client feedback.
  • Utilize approved platforms for documenting client progress and effectiveness of interventions, continuously adapting strategies to meet client needs.
  • Contribute to ongoing staff development as a member of the credentialing committee and actively share insights during team discussions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to a strength-based, team-oriented environment.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse clientele, including children and families dealing with developmental differences, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. You will employ various empirically-supported psychotherapeutic techniques to deliver tailored therapeutic interventions that foster positive outcomes and empower clients.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health, or a related field, with current licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Washington State.
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience working effectively with children and families, particularly those with developmental differences.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional client care and adeptness in applying feedback to improve treatment effectiveness.
  • An openness to continuous learning and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, enhancing your professional skill set and knowledge base.
Preferred Experience
  • Proficiency in a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and interventions grounded in social-constructionism.
  • Experience in using telehealth platforms to deliver therapy, ensuring client engagement and satisfaction.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, as a W2 employee, you will receive comprehensive benefits that include:
