Job description

Are you looking to be part of a connected team that invests in you, clinically and personally, and is dedicated to making a difference in their client's lives? If so, we'd love to meet you! Inspire is a special place that values therapists happiness. We know life is short, and want work to be fun and meaningful. We also have boundaries to protect your work-life balance, so you can enjoy your life outside the office. Our teams are connected, warm & fun. We laugh, we love what we do, we provide excellent client service, have fun company and team outings.
We're looking for a therapist or social worker to be part of the Northbrook team, willing to see a minimum of 20 clients a week. We'll work with you to set your schedule and you'll have a dedicated, beautiful, office each week. Inspire serves a wide variety of clients, including kids, adolescents, adults, families and couples.
With four locations (Northbrook, Kenilworth, Lake Forest & Evanston), you get the benefits of a big practice with stability, support, compensation and perks. You also get the cozy, chill vibe of a smaller boutique office. We strive to take excellent care of our therapists with beautiful, spa-like offices, talented professionals and- best of all - a positive, open and kind culture.
As part of a large practice, you get a strong administrative team who takes care of you, so you can focus on your clients. We handle all intake calls, new client paperwork, scheduling, billing, insurance, credit card processing, marketing, office management, and more. You also get health insurance (medical, dental & vision), 401k, Paid Time Off (PTO), Free Supervision, Free In-House Trainings, CEU Stipends, beautiful offices, team outings, paid speaking opportunities, paid leadership opportunities, access to our Psychiatry Team for medical-related questions, and cutting-edge marketing to provide you a steady stream of clients.
For therapists new to private practice, we provide weekly individual supervision, in addition to group supervision, to empower you in your confidence and counseling skills. For all therapists, we have weekly group supervision and individual supervision available as-needed. For all new hires, we provide a paid New Hire Orientation to ensure you are equipped and comfortable in your career at Inspire (and have a warm welcome to the team!).
One of our BIGGEST priorities is our warm, considerate and open-minded culture. We are looking for humans who are kind, vulnerable, humble, down-to-earth, affirming and accepting of everyone's different journey, loving and people who take responsibility and ownership for their success. While we value clinical education and skills, we have found that one of the most important things for our work culture, and client's growth, is being a kind, loving person. We care about you as a person, as well as a therapist. We value personal time, family and a healthy work-life balance. We don't think of ourselves as "therapists" helping "clients." We are "people" supporting "people." We honor that every person is whole and complete. We want every client (and therapist) to be growing and striving to be their best. Candidate must have a like-minded attitude.
We'd love to have you be part of this movement that is helping people to live their best lives!!
