Clinician, MST

Community Re-Entry Program of SUN Behavioral Health is seeking a Clinician for our Multisystemic Therapy (MST) program. This role is dedicated to providing evidence-based treatment to youth and families, fostering positive outcomes and community well-being.

Position Summary:

The Clinician, MST delivers intensive family- and community-based treatment to adolescents exhibiting behavioral challenges. This position works collaboratively with families, schools, and community stakeholders to implement MST principles and achieve sustainable change.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct MST services to youth and families in home and community settings.
  • Collaborate with schools, probation officers, and other community partners.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all reporting requirements.
  • Participate in weekly supervision and ongoing MST training.
  • Ensure adherence to MST model fidelity and quality standards.
Education & Experience:

โ€ข Required: Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.

โ€ข Preferred: Licensure or eligibility for licensure in a clinical discipline.

โ€ข Experience working with youth and families; MST experience preferred.
