Phoenix Family Life Centers of Sun Behavioral is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the Louisiana โ€“ Behavioral Health Services team.ย  The perfect candidate can promote a positive work environment โ€“ with a positive attitude.ย

Essential Skills:

  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Strong written/oral communication skills with diverse populations including families, public, peers, and staff.
  • Effectively utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to complete daily task and mandatory reports.
  • Accepting incoming calls and/or faxes, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and organizing files
  • Previous Administrative/Office Assistant Experience in the Medical setting is recommended, but not required

Qualifications needed:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driverโ€™s license in good standing
