What Youโ€™ll Do

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), youโ€™ll play a key role in supporting psychiatric and behavioral health patients in the community. You will:

  • Monitor psychiatric symptoms and screen for medical issues
  • Coordinate care with medical providers
  • Provide medication education and support to members
  • Deliver clinical care and document treatment according to nursing standards
  • Support individuals outside of traditional clinical settings
  • Participate in oncall crisis rotation as needed

This role is ideal for someone who can provide calm, compassionate care โ€” even when working with members who may need frequent redirection.

What You Bring

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in North Carolina (required)
  • 1+ year of LPN experience in inpatient or outpatient settings
  • Experience working with adults with mental illness (preferred)
  • Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills
  • Understanding of nursing principles, medication storage, HIPAA, and care coordination

Travel

  • Valid driverโ€™s license & insurance required
