Work Environment

This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home while remaining connected to a supportive team. Regular communication and collaboration with fellow mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, ensure that you provide integrated care. Typical working hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to create individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs of each client.
  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to implement effective interventions.
  • Maintain precise and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring the highest level of care and protection for clients.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to provide holistic care, engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a member of our team, your work will primarily focus on adults facing mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and relationship problems. You will provide individual therapy sessions, group therapy, and family therapy as needed, ensuring a comprehensive approach to mental wellness and recovery.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.
  • Demonstrated capabilities in solution-based psychotherapy interventions tailored to the unique needs of clients.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with outstanding interpersonal abilities to foster trusting relationships with clients and colleagues.
