...and much, much more! Job Summary: The Correspondence Management Analyst is responsible for overseeing the flow of internal and external communications within PFPA. This includes receiving, reviewing, routing, and archiving high-volume correspondence while ensuring adherence to agency protocols and timelines. Key Responsibilities: Log, track, and route incoming and outgoing official correspondence.
Coordinate document review and approval cycles across PFPA offices.
Prepare summaries, taskers, and reports related to correspondence status.
Maintain digital and physical filing systems in compliance with agency policies.
Support workflow management and ensure timely responses to external stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 3 years of high-level office support experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and correspondence tracking systems.
Strong written communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
