We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Moving & Relocation Coordinator to join our team in Miami, FL. This is a critical role overseeing the end-to-end logistics lifecycle for residential and corporate relocations. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison between our clients, moving crews, and third-party vendors, ensuring a seamless transition into the South Florida market.
In the fast-paced Miami real estate and relocation landscape, you will navigate complex building requirements, manage strict timelines, and provide white-glove service to a diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities

  • Logistical Planning: Manage and execute comprehensive move plans, including scheduling, dispatching, and resource allocation for multiple concurrent projects.
  • Building & HOA Liaison: Coordinate directly with Miami-based Homeowners Associations (HOAs) and luxury high-rise management to secure Certificates of Insurance (COI), reserve freight elevators, and obtain necessary parking permits.
  • Vendor Coordination: Source and manage relationships with third-party service providers, including specialty crating, cleaning services, and climate-controlled storage facilities.
  • Inventory Management: Review and verify detailed digital inventories to ensure accurate estimating and appropriate vehicle/crew assignments.
  • Client Advocacy: Serve as the central point of contact for clients, providing proactive updates and resolving logistical challenges in real-time.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all move-related documentation, including Bill of Ladings and work orders, is completed accurately and in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 24 years of experience in logistics, moving coordination, or high-volume project management.
  • Education: Associate or Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Bilingual Requirement: Professional fluency in English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with our diverse staff and client base.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Professionalism: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure in a high-stakes environment.
Work Environment

  • This is a 100% in-person position based out of our Miami office.
  • Occasional local travel to on-site move locations for quality control or final walkthroughs may be required.
