Your focus will be on identifying skilled professionals in housekeeping, cleaning operations, and management who are passionate about the hospitality sector. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle-from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating onboarding and coordinating travel. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, a passion for matching talent to opportunity, and hands-on experience with modern recruiting tools and techniques.The Corporate Recruiter will lead high-volume recruitment for hospitality roles-primarily Guest Room Attendants, Housekeepers, and support staff-across multiple U.S. locations. This position works closely with site leadership and operations teams to ensure each site has the staffing support needed.TBC actively sources candidates domestically throughout the US, Puerto Rico and other locales for relocation to sites in the mainland United States.
