Job description

Facility Coordinator Move, Add & Change (MAC) Coordinator

Location: Columbus, OH

We're hiring an experienced

We're looking to move quickly, so if you have facility management experience and enjoy coordinating office moves, workplace changes, and employee onboarding, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate employee office moves, workstation setups, and departmental relocations

  • Manage office reconfigurations, furniture installations, seating assignments, and workspace modifications

  • Partner with HR to ensure new hires have a fully prepared workspace on day one

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for move planning, scheduling, and post-move support

  • Coordinate vendors for furniture installation, painting, cabling, and other facility-related projects

  • Maintain accurate floor plans, seating charts, and move documentation

  • Submit, monitor, and close facility work orders related to workplace changes

  • Support space planning initiatives to maximize office efficiency and utilization

  • Manage multiple projects while minimizing disruption to daily business operations

  • Assist with occasional after-hours or weekend move coordination as needed

What We're Looking For
  • Experience in facility management is required

  • Previous experience coordinating office moves, workplace services, MAC projects, corporate relocations, or facilities operations

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Experience working with vendors, contractors, and internal business partners

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience with space planning software or CAD is a plus

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive with excellent problem-solving skills
