Job Title: Corporate Learning Senior Manager

Purpose and Objective:   

SAP America, Inc. seeks a Corporate Learning Senior Manager at our Newtown Square, PA location responsible for overseeing a Corporate Learning function or business unit, lead managers of teams focused on consulting, designing, and delivering programs, policies, and processes related to SAP Talent, Leadership, Learning, and Organizational Design.  

Expectations and Tasks:  

Integrate customer needs and the company's strategic objectives into functional strategies, ensuring effective communication and cooperation at all management levels. Manage resources and budgets for the design and implementation of Corporate Learning strategies. Maintain strategic partnerships with key internal decision-makers, ensuring that solutions align with business requirements and drive employee engagement. Represent SAP Learning externally as a thought leader and trusted advisor, while continuously adjusting strategies in response to market developments. As a people manager, support the team in identifying development opportunities, coaching employees, and connecting team contributions to SAP's overall strategy. Responsible for day-to-day management, performance facilitation, and risk mitigation, while fostering a high-performing team environment. Demonstrate thought leadership, provide innovative solutions, and ensure the effective delivery of external workforce services, all while actively supporting the success of the direct reports and the larger team by recognizing achievements, providing timely feedback, and aligning with SAP's Leadership Credo.  

Education and Occupational Experience:  

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field of study and ten (10) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field of study and eight (8) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. 

Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:  

Experience must include eight (8) years involving each of the following:  

  • Relationship management and trust-building; 

  • Business acumen and strategic thinking; 

  • Leadership development and coaching; 

  • Cross-cultural communication and collaboration; and 

  • Project management methodologies. 

Experience must include five (5) years involving each of the following: 

  • Creating Mindfulness-based interventions; and 

  • Leading Mindfulness-based trainings. 

Travel: Position does require up to 50% domestic and international travel to various and unanticipated customer sites to conduct onsite trainings to employees, customers, partners.

Compensation Range Transparency: he annual base salary range for this position is $190,800 - $324,600. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP's commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $254,400 - $432,800. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
