Kids ages 2 to teen love our hands-on cooking classes, camps, birthday parties, and field trips. Adults love our BYOB date night cooking classes, birthday parties, bachelorettes, showers, and corporate events. Our innovative programs are as entertaining as they are educational! Job Description:
We are hiring culinary instructors to teach cooking classes to kids, families, and adults! Looking for high-energy individuals who are passionate about food and inspiring those around them to have fun in the Kitchen. You are as comfortable engaging kids as you are with adults and corporate events; as passionate about chiffonading basil as you are about rolling fresh pasta and decorating cupcakes.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Open availability is required, including nights and weekends. Taste Buds Kitchen hosts events 7-days a week.
  • Instruct cooking classes, camps, and parties for ages 2-99
  • Engage and teach guests about various cooking/baking skills related to the class menu
  • Create a friendly, energetic, and consistent experience for our guests
  • Responsible for the success of the event from start to finish
  • Interact with all guests to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Sometimes you will work solo, other times, you will manage a supervise a team of culinary assistants for larger events
  • Set up before class and clean-up after
  • Create a controlled safe and clean environment; provide first aid treatment as needed
