We are looking for Counterintelligence Officers, at all levels, to join our intelligence program supporting a key government sponsor in Northern Virginia!
Job Description:
As a CI Officer, you will research, analyze, and investigate complex counterintelligence issues using a broad range of research methods and tools. Additional support will include providing thorough and knowledgeable briefings on their analysis to customer management.
This posting is for multiple opportunities ranging in years of experience. All positions require possession of a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph. Applicants will be evaluated and placed in a level from 2-5 based off their experience and customer feedback after multiple assessments.
The officer shall possess the following capabilities:
  • Experience writing intelligence products and reports
  • Experience conducting CI reviews and requirements
  • Ability to apply CI and risk management principles to safeguard operations
  • Experience related to intelligence research and targeting work is required
  • Demonstrated ability to research and analyze
  • Demonstrated ability to work on several tasks concurrently
  • Strong analytic writing and editing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
  • Demonstrated success in working in a high-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience collaborating and coordinating with multiple offices and agencies
  • Experience supporting senior decision makers

Qualifications:
  • Level 3
    • Seven (7) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree
    • Experience writing intelligence products and reports
    • Experience conducting CI reviews and requirements
    • Active security clearance with appropriate Polygraph
  • Level 4
    • Twelve (12) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree
    • Experience writing intelligence products and reports
    • Experience conducting CI reviews and requirements
    • Active security clearance with appropriate Polygraph
  • Level 5
    • Twenty (20) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree
    • Experience writing intelligence products and reports
    • Experience conducting CI reviews and requirements
    • Active security clearance with appropriate Polygraph

***Five (5) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for a college degree***
Desired Qualifications:
  • Certification in sponsor basic tradecraft courses

Pay Range: $139,407 - $194,041
