Job description

Responsibilities
We have an exciting opportunity for an Intelligence Analyst to support a client's requirements in a challenging, dynamic setting located in the Washington Metropolitan Area. The Analyst must be able to analyze all available data across various platforms to understand current threat environments both locally and country specific.
Primary Responsibilities: Tasks may include but are not limited to:
• Conduct research analysis and production of finished intelligence on a variety of different computer systems and databases to support ODNI's CI, Insider Threat, and Security programs.
• Actively maintain knowledge of current trends, issues, and policies, and vulnerabilities of current and evolving technologies that create a potential CI and Insider Threat, or security concern, use this knowledge to regularly produce finished materials for the ODNI workforce, based on a needs assessment by the corporate CI staff.
• Produce assessments on Foreign Intelligence Entities (FIE) operations, foreign denial and deception, information operations, counterespionage and economic/industrial espionage, technical protection, and illicit tech transfer and investigation support.
• Provide support to Counterintelligence and Insider Threat training and briefings through sharing of finished product related to organizationally reported specific incidents.
• Review existing business processes for ODNI components, identify potential vulnerabilities, and provide a range of mitigation strategies that align with corporate CI standards.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.
• Demonstrated experience with Intelligence and Counterintelligence analytic product development from inception through production.
• Demonstrated experience with research and appropriate data collection as associated with Intelligence and Counterintelligence topics
• Demonstrated experience in developing, analyzing, and evaluating FIS vulnerabilities
• Experience analyzing data, generating Finished Intelligence products, and conducting briefings to leadership.
• Experience conducting interviews and briefings in support of analyst product development.
• Experience coordinating with multiple IC partners.
• Experience manipulating various classified and open-source databases.
• Requires a BA degree and 8-12 years of prior relevant experience or Master's with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience. However, an additional four years of experience can be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 6 year working with or in the IC.

Target Salary Range
$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
