Counterintelligence (CI) Analyst Team Lead - (Threat Integration Branch) – TS/SCI

The Counterintelligence (CI) Analyst Lead bridges the gap between industrial security and the Intelligence Community. You lead the Threat Integration Branch team, ensuring that vetting decisions are informed by the latest threat intelligence regarding Foreign Intelligence Entities (FIE) and supply chain vulnerabilities. Security Clearance: 

Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

 

Responsibilities:  

  • Threat Production: Manage the output of Threat Information Responses (TIRs) and supply chain threat assessments.
  • IC Integration: Coordinate with the DCSA Threat Directorate and broader IC partners to validate threats against specific technologies or supply chains.
  • Pattern Analysis: Identify campaigns by adversarial nations to acquire specific U.S. technologies through front companies or investment.
  • Standards Adherence: Ensure all intelligence products adhere to ICD 203 (Analytic Standards) and ICD 206 (Sourcing).

 

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Experience 8+ years in Counterintelligence (CI) analysis, all-source intelligence, or supply chain risk management.
  • Education Bachelor’s Degree in Intelligence Studies, International Security, or related field.
  • Proven ability to apply IC tradecraft standards to business and vetting data.
