We're seeking a strategic learning technology leader who can own and evolve our learning ecosystem. This role will leverage Cornerstone, AI-powered coaching tools, modern instructional design, and analytics to enhance sales readiness, accelerate onboarding, and measure business impact. The ideal candidate will bring a forward-thinking approach to building a modern learning ecosystem that connects technology, AI, learning, and sales performance.
What you will do

  • Develop and support sales education programs, training, and learning content aligned with business and sales strategies.

  • Apply strong product, procedural, and competitive market knowledge to create relevant and impactful education.

  • Incorporate HCP insights and stakeholder input into the development of educational content and programs.

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of in-person and virtual sales education courses and programs.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Education, Product Marketing, Sales Training, Marketing Communications, and other key stakeholders.

  • Identify and leverage the most effective communication channels, platforms, and messaging to support learning and engagement.

  • Establish measurement and tracking strategies to evaluate program effectiveness and inform future improvements.

  • Contribute to strategic planning, Sales Education workstreams, and budget management, ensuring programs support financial and business objectives.


What you need

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum 4 years of work experience


Preferred:

  • MBA

  • Minimum 2 years experience designing learning experiences and administering an enterprise LMS

  • Experience with Cornerstone (or similar enterprise LMS such as SuccessFactors, Workday Learning, Docebo, or Absorb)

  • Experience implementing or managing AI-enabled sales coaching/role-play platforms (Second Nature, Quantified, Hyperbound, PitchMonster, Yoodli, etc.)

  • Experience in Medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sales training

  • USN: $77,700 - $129,500 USD Annual
  • US5: $81,600 - $136,000 USD Annual
  • US10: $85,500 - $142,500 USD Annual
  • US15: $89,400 - $148,900 USD Annual
  • US20: $93,200 - $155,400 USD Annual
  • US30: $101,000 - $168,400 USD Annual
