At Leprino, starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $90,000 and $102,000. This position has an annual target bonus of 10%.
What You'll Do:

- Configure, test, validate, and troubleshoot LMS functionality while maintaining a reliable and scalable system architecture.
- Maintain accurate training assignments and completion records that support regulatory, safety, quality, and other compliance requirements across the organization.
- Build and maintain LMS reports used to monitor training completion, identify gaps, and support internal and external audits, including OSHA and FDA-related requirements.
- Research system capabilities, evaluate new functionality, and coordinate LMS enhancements, upgrades, testing, and implementation with HRIS and IT partners.
- Analyze LMS issues and data discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement practical solutions that protect training-record accuracy and system reliability.
- Support audit requests by gathering training records, validating LMS data, and producing accurate documentation and reports for HR, Safety, Quality, and other teams.
- Partner with HR, Safety, Quality, Technical Services, and other teams to translate compliance and training requirements into effective LMS configurations and assignments.
- Train plant LMS leads and system administrators on LMS functionality, configuration standards, reporting, and consistent system practices.
- Respond to LMS support requests through Leprino's internal ticketing process and resolve issues involving assignments, course access, completions, reporting, and system functionality.
- Make occasional updates to e-learning content to maintain LMS compatibility and support changes to compliance training.
You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, Instructional Design/Technology, or a related field.
- Five years of experience administering, configuring, or supporting Learning Management Systems or related HR technology.
- Hands-on experience administering an enterprise LMS such as Cornerstone, Schoox, SAP SuccessFactors Learning/Plateau, or a comparable platform.
- Experience configuring learning assignments, curricula, courses, and completion requirements within an LMS.
- Experience producing LMS reports and maintaining training records used for compliance, audit, or regulatory purposes.
We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience administering SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS), including the former Plateau LMS platform.
- Experience supporting an LMS in a regulated environment such as manufacturing, food production, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, energy, or another compliance-intensive industry.
- Experience supporting regulatory or compliance training records for OSHA, FDA, safety, quality, or comparable audit requirements.
- Experience using Articulate 360, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar e-learning authoring software to modify or troubleshoot LMS-compatible training content.

We've grown a bit since then. Today, Leprino is the world's largest manufacturer of mozzarella and lactose, and a leading producer of whey protein. Still owned by the Leprino family, our sights are set to be the "World's Best Dairy Food and Ingredient Company." From a small corner grocery store we have grown to over 5,500 employees throughout the globe. Will you join us on our journey?
