Overview

We are seeking a skilled LMS Training Content & System Administrator with deep hands-on experience in Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) to administer the LMS, and enable enterprise training. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical capability, attention to detail, and the ability to partner with content owners to efficiently deliver high-quality training.

This role supports both course deployment and LMS administration, including new builds, course updates, AI video, reporting, user support, and configuration updates.

In addition, this role provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 functional and technical support for Workday enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform.

Required Skills & Experience

Requires minimum 3 years job related work experience in excess of degree requirements for staff (5 years job related work experience for senior)

Requires expert knowledge of Cornerstone Learning and excellent technical and problem-solving abilities

Combination of training and experience in Instructional Design and information technology to incorporate business systems analysis, process analysis, and technical communication skills effectively into the role

Proven experience administering Cornerstone OnDemand in a corporate environment.

Experience developing SCORM training using authoring tools (e.g., Storyline, Rise, Captivate).

Strong understanding of training development lifecycle and LMS governance standards.

Ability to generate AI voiceover and integrate narration into course modules.

Accurate and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Experience building reports and interpreting training data.

Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Experience providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support in a corporate environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using AI tools for LMS content creation.

Experience supporting complex enterprise or regulated environments.

Prior experience working with ERCOT or similar organizations (optional).

Familiarity with SSO configurations, user provisioning, and LMS integrations.

Experience supporting Workday or similar ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

 

LMS Training Design & Content Development

Review new course requests and plan steps to deliver.

Provide process and design recommendations aligned with learning objectives, adult learning principles, and ERCOT policies & procedures.

Create, edit, and enhance training content in partnership with subject matter experts and content stakeholders.

Develop SCORM-compliant training materials for deployment into Cornerstone LMS.

Add audio narration to courses using AI-generated voice tools.

Build interactive learning components, including knowledge checks, quizzes, and assessments.

Facilitate and support the creation and maintenance of video and other instructional content by subject matter experts using AI tools such as Synthesia, VEED.IO, etc.

Apply version control standards to ensure accurate updates and historical tracking.

Test courses for quality assurance, functionality, and accessibility .

LMS Administration and Support (Cornerstone OnDemand)

Deploy training courses into the Cornerstone LMS, including proper metadata, fields, versioning, and availability settings.

Create and manage Learning Assignments.

Update training fields, course settings, and portal preferences.

Set up system-generated emails and automated notifications.

Load course files, revise course versions, and maintain training catalogs.

Monitor Cornerstone releases and ensure appropriate testing and required adjustments are made in a timely manner

Manage security roles. Support integration and access updates related to ERCOT.com to enable seamless user access to course descriptions and learning calendar without CSOD login where specified.

Resolve functional and technical issues affecting end users and stakeholders.

LMS Reporting & Analytics

Build, schedule, and run ad-hoc and standard LMS reports.

Facilitate and provide completion, progress, and compliance reporting to stakeholders.

Maintain data accuracy and audit data sets as needed for training governance.

LMS Consulting & Platform Enhancements

Advise stakeholders on corporate training features, best practices, and platform configuration options including new or unused features such as Forms and Workflows.

Support customization of calendars, dashboards, and user experience (UX) elements inside Cornerstone.

Assist with setting up and maintaining LinkedIn Learning integration. Recommend long-term improvements to training operations, course management, and reporting capabilities.

Workday Support Provide basic day-to-day support

Provide account/password resets, adjustments & suspensions

Troubleshoot and resolve basic user issues, escalating when necessary.

Create and maintain documentation, job aids, and training materials.

Provide reporting and logistical support for access reviews, system enhancements, and new feature releases.
