Job description

Shining Stars Learning Center is hiring for a Lead Teacher Position:
Shining Stars Learning Center is an established and reputable Early Childhood Educational Center designed to meet the learning and developmental needs of children, ages 20 months to 5 years.
Qualifications:
  • Lead Teacher for Preschool Classroom (2 years of experience preferred).
  • We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and qualified individual to join our staff.
  • Lead Teacher Experience: At least 2 years as a Teacher or Assistant in an Early Childhood Setting, Educational/Academic Instructional techniques, Assessment Procedures, Supervision of children in structured and unstructured settings.
  • Lead Teacher Educational Requirements: High School Diploma.
  • Minimum 45 hours of Early Childhood Training, FCCPC and/or Degree in ECE or related field.
  • Lead Teacher Physical Requirements: Energetic, Able to lift 35 pounds.

Duties:
  • The Lead Teacher will implement our academically based educational program on a daily basis, and supervise children appropriately.
