Cathedral Health Care Center – Jasper, IN

Cathedral Health Care Center, a respected skilled nursing facility in Jasper, IN, is seeking Part-Time Dietary Aides and Cooks to join our dedicated dietary services team. These roles are perfect for individuals who are passionate about serving others, enjoy working in a team environment, and are looking for flexible part-time schedules.

Available Part-Time Positions
  • Part Time

  • PRN

Dietary Aide – Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with meal preparation and timely service.

  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

  • Serve resident meal trays and assist with dishwashing.

  • Ensure meals meet residents’ nutritional and dietary needs.

Cook – Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook meals following menus and dietary guidelines.

  • Follow standard recipes, portion control, and special diet orders.

  • Safely operate and maintain kitchen equipment.

  • Coordinate food production with scheduled meal times.

Qualifications (Both Roles)
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.

  • Must be at least 18 years old.

  • Previous experience in food service or healthcare dining preferred (required for Cooks).

  • Culinary school training a plus (Cook role).
