What are conversion specialists?

Conversion specialists are professionals who focus on increasing the percentage of website visitors or app users who take a desired action, such as making a purchase or signing up for a newsletter. They analyze user behavior, test different web elements, and implement strategies to improve conversion rates. Their work often involves using tools for A/B testing, user experience design, and data analytics to optimize the sales or sign-up processes. Ultimately, their goal is to maximize the effectiveness of digital marketing and user engagement efforts.

Familiarity with A/B testing tools (such as Optimizely or Google Optimize), web analytics platforms (like Google Analytics), and UX/UI design principles is essential. Exceptional problem-solving abilities, creativity, and effective communication skills help you develop and present impactful optimization strategies.
