Job description


Position Summary

The part-time Conversions associate shallbe responsible forperforming routine duties and completing conversion requirements associated with the day-to-day activities of theconversions divisionof Stadium Operations. Duties include but are not limitedto:manual labor, event set-up and tear down activities, compliance with equipment handling guidelines, quality controlling work executed according to outlines and other functions and duties as required by the Conversions Supervisors.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Mustbe 18 years old or older.

  • Lift moderate amounts of weight in the form of tables, chairs, stanchions, staging floorpanelsand plywood panels asrequired.

  • Push equipment carts, doorpanelsand staging units asrequired.

  • Follow written and verbal instructions and communicate effectively in person, email, radio, and messaging.

  • Assume responsibility for equipment assigned (i.e., pagers, two-way radios, keys, tapes, etc.).

  • Insurethat all storage rooms are kept clean and in an orderly manner.

  • Notify Conversion Supervisor of equipment and facilities in need of repair and replacement.

  • Notify Conversion Supervisor of supplies requiring replenishment.

  • Interact with other departmental personnel in a cooperative manner.

  • Complete daily assignments as assigned and in a cooperative manner.

  • Be prepared to work unusual shifts and hours.

  • Such other duties, functions, specialprojectsand responsibilities as assigned by the Conversion Supervisor.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.

  • Minimum one (1) year experience in a set-up or related position preferred
