The Data Conversion Analyst plays a critical role in transforming, validating, and migrating data between systems during technology upgrades, system integrations, or organizational transitions. This position ensures data accuracy, consistency, and integrity throughout the conversion lifecycle. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large datasets, complex data structures, and industry-standard data formats.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; equivalent hands-on experience in technology systems development, implementation, communications, and information systems may also be considered.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year related work with data as evidenced in such tasks as report writing, data mining, data modeling, data analysis, data migration, database administration, programming, and machine learning.
Skills: Required Qualifications
  • Experience with data conversion, data migration, or ETL processes.
  • Strong SQL skills and familiarity with relational databases.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data manipulation.
  • Ability to analyze complex datasets and identify patterns or inconsistencies.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise systems.
  • Hands-on experience with XML, JSON, and HL7 data formats.
