Job Summary:
As a contract Physical Therapist Assistant, you will:
  • Provide 45 minutes of top-notch rehabilitation services to patients in their homes.
  • Work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. 
  • Utilize your skills to implement treatment plans and guide patients in therapeutic
  • Contribute to patients achieving their goals and improving their overall independence and quality of life.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of licensed Physical Therapist Assistant experience. (home health experience preferred).
  • Strong self-management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Responsive and timely communication through messaging.
  • Proficient in documentation and ensuring timely completion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a compassionate approach.

Requirements:
  • Active California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
  • Current CPR certification and professional liability insurance.
  • A physical examination was conducted within the last 2 years.
  • Tuberculosis (TB) test conducted within the last 1-2 years depending on test type.
  • Possession of an Employer Identification Number (EIN) with an active business license.
