  • Rebellion's offers include coaching, fitness apps, supplements, retreats, brand partnerships and e-commerce


Overview:

  • We're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to help manage our rapidly growing Rebellion body business
  • Fundamentally, you will focus on operating the business, so Denise can focus her time on content creation and community management.
  • You will have a "I'll tackle it" attitude, willing to roll-up your sleeves and do whatever is required to support and grow the business.
  • **Huge plus if you are located in LA and can commute frequently to my home / local coffee shop 


About You:

  • 5+ years of experience as a project manager, or operations role
  • Sales and marketing experience is a huge plus
  • Willingness to "do whatever is needed" at this small but growing company. Can do attitude is a must!
  • Ability to effectively juggle multiple projects at one time
  • Very organized and process-driven 
  • Excellent communicator, daily updates on where things are, when you’re blocked, etc
  • Driven, always pushing to ensure tasks and projects are completed on time 


Workflows Will Include:

  • Managing projects and to-do's around fitness app, group coaching and 1 on 1 coaching
  • Coordinating with employees, contractors and partners to drive project completion
  • Building SOPs and workflows for the company, driving scale and goals
  • Research and strategy around marketing, and social media
  • General admin including coordinating with and supporting finance, managing emails, customer issues, following up on contracts, engaging in the community, support with planning retreats, etc
  • Anything and everything needed to drive the business forward...will work on tasks and projects both large and small.
