Job description

Contract PMO / Project Manager (ATS Migration)

We are seeking an experienced Contract Project Manager to lead a major talent technology transformation project. This role will oversee the migration from iCIMS to Phenom (ATS) and UKG (Onboarding), ensuring successful implementation, vendor coordination, data migration, system integrations, and go-live execution.

Key Requirements
  • Proven experience leading ATS migration projects

  • Strong project management and PMO skills

  • Experience managing multi-vendor implementations

  • Background in data migration, system integrations, and cutover planning

  • Excellent stakeholder management across HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, and third-party vendors

  • Experience with Phenom, UKG, or iCIMS is a plus

Responsibilities
  • Drive project planning, execution, and governance

  • Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and vendor deliverables

  • Coordinate testing, data migration, integrations, and deployment activities

  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and executive status reporting

  • Ensure a smooth transition and successful adoption of the new platforms

Contract Details
  • Duration: 6 Months

  • Start Date: Targeting September 1 (subject to final approval)

  • Engagement Type: Contract
