Job description

Title: PMO Project Management Resource
Position Type: Contract
Location: Dauphin County, PA (Hybrid)

Description of Duties
Manage and coordinate the activities of internal and/or external staff involved in multiple IT projects of varying complexity.
Develop and maintain project plans and other artifacts using established project management standards, procedures, templates, and methodologies.
Coordinate with business owners and analysts to define and refine project scope.
Perform project management responsibilities across the full lifecycle: initiating, planning, executing, monitoring & controlling, and closing.
Conduct lessons learned sessions to identify improvement opportunities.
Maintain strong working relationships with technology teams, business stakeholders, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients.
Follow established PMO playbooks and governance standards.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Desired Skillset
Minimum 5+ years of project management experience handling projects of varying size and complexity.
Strong experience in integration, scope, schedule, cost, communication, vendor, and risk management.
Experience with:
