The Project Controller will be responsible for providing financial services on projects by means of contract-and risk management, financial planning, forecasting, invoicing, controlling and reporting; to ensure the projects are controlled in harmony with applicable standards, procedures and legislation of the region, in order to support Project Management. Project Controllers play a critical role in the smooth running of our operations. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, invoicing and cost control for assigned projects.
  • Collaborate and support with project management teams to ensure project success.
  • Data analysis, including collection, interpretation, and reporting.
  • Communication with stakeholders, clear reporting, and teamwork.
  • Ensuring accounting information is accurate, complete, and up to date
  • Build, manage and control project budgets and forecasts
  • Identifying contractual changes and risks specific to project budgets and forecasts
  • Development of Change Orders and managing the process internally
  • Complying with relevant budgets, standards, and procedures
  • Using financial systems and software
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related fieldย equivalent.
  • Professional level experience in accounting, finance reporting standards (including IFRS and GAAP) and MS Office suite.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software, contract analysis and data analysis tools.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
  • Experience in the heavy lift and transport industry, preferred.
