Lead Contract Administrator

About your role:

The Lead Contract Administrator supports the legal department's revenue-generating contracting function across Fiserv's Issuer Solutions business. You will work closely with lawyers, contract professionals, sales executives, and client account managers to manage contract workflows, maintain templates, and support routine drafting and negotiation. This role helps drive timely, accurate contract execution that supports card processing, statement printing, card embossing, and related client services.

What you'll do:

  • Support sales and contracting processes by partnering with legal team members, sales executives, and client account managers throughout the contract lifecycle
  • Draft and negotiate contracts under the supervision of a lawyer
  • Revise, proofread, and edit contract templates, client contracts, and contract amendments under the supervision of a lawyer
  • Track contract-related requests and prepare reports on contract volume, status, and other relevant metrics
  • Review contracts for quality control and conformance with Fiserv policies, standards, and approved language
  • Facilitate contract execution using DocuSign and other digital tools to support efficient and accurate processing
  • Maintain digital contract repositories and related document management processes to support accessibility and record accuracy

Experience you'll need to have:

  • Experience using business technology, including DocuSign, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, or similar applications
  • Strong professional communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information verbally and in writing.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong writing and proofreading skills, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency in deliverables.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Knowledge of banking, payments, and/or technology industries
  • Experience in contract administration, legal operations, paralegal support, or a related business function supporting commercial contracting processes

How you'll work:

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
  • This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.
