Job description

LGE is hiring a Google Ads Specialist to manage complex, multi-campaign accounts. You'll own paid search strategy across a portfolio of B2B accounts and partner with our customer success team to keep everything on-brand and on time.
What you'll own:
  • Strategy, build, and optimization across Search, Performance Max, Shopping, and Display
  • Budget pacing, bid strategy, and performance reporting across multiple client accounts
  • Conversion tracking setup and QA in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Merchant Center
  • Coordination with customer success managers on creative, landing pages, and timelines
Required:
  • 4+ years managing Google Ads at an agency or in-house, across multiple accounts and campaign types
  • Google Merchant Center and Shopping experience
  • Hands-on experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager (you can set up conversions, not just read them)
  • Track record managing accounts with $10K+ monthly spend
  • Working knowledge of SEO so paid and organic don't cannibalize each other
  • Fast, clear written communication on email and Slack
Nice to have:
  • Google Merchant Center and Shopping experience
  • B2B background
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads or Meta as a secondary channel
  • Familiarity with Technical SEO
