Wage: $18 - $20 per hour + travel stipend + cell phone reimbursement

Location: Assigned Local Retail Route in Cook County

Estimated Hours: (30 -40 hours weekly)

Are you an experienced, Spanish speaking, high-energy retail specialist with a knack for merchandising? Then, OH!A US is looking for you! Our retail merchandiser will be a tech-savvy Bilingual Route Merchandiser type representing great Hispanic brands in-stores. Manage daily store visits, build strong relationships with store managers, and ensure top-notch product visibility across your territory!

What You'll Do

  • Drive Sales & Relationships: Partner with store managers to maximize brand visibility, negotiate secondary displays, and capture portfolio growth opportunities.
  • Store Execution: Price, stock, and rotate products using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) standards while maintaining strict planogram compliance.
  • App Reporting: Log store visits, monitor competitor activity, and record real-time insights using the a smart-phone merchandising app.
  • Route Goals: Maintain a 90%+ route completion rate to achieve perfect in-store execution.

What We’re Looking For

  • Basic Requirements: Must be 18+ years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Bilingual: Fully fluent in Spanish, un poco inglès (Required).
  • Experience:
    • Retail shelving and stocking is required
    • Prior retail merchandising is highly preferred
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating smartphone reporting apps with 0 supervision or assistance.
  • Reliable Transportation: Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and active auto insurance to travel between route locations.
  • Physical Demands: Able to stand up to 4 hours at a time, stoop, bend, stretch, carry equipment, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.

  • In Your Vehicle: Your mobile office for navigating routes, tracking schedules, and transporting gear between stops.
  • In Store Backrooms: Your pit stop to check in with store management, retrieve inventory, and stage stock.
