These skills ensure accurate product placement, efficient store layouts, and improved sales performance through effective visual merchandising.

Effective communication with store managers, flexibility, and strong organizational skills are key to managing these challenges. Collaborating closely with both sales teams and store staff ensures that planograms are implemented accurately and help drive sales.

What is planogram merchandising?

Planogram merchandising is the process of designing and implementing visual layouts (planograms) that specify the placement of products on shelves in retail stores.
