August Project- Planogram Team Member (Potential for Long-Term Employment)- Target hire date mid-July.
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Planogram Team as part of a temporary assignment supporting a major store remodel and General Merchandise (GM) restructuring project through August. This position offers 24–37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Successful team members will play a key role in executing store layouts, merchandising plans, product transitions, and visual presentations to support the remodel effort. Upon successful completion of the project, team members may have the opportunity to transition into long-term employment in available positions across the store, including Service and other departments with staffing needs.

As we grow, we’re seeking an entry-level team member to join us as a General Merchandise Clerk who is able to complete a variety of retail tasks related to product, customer service, pricing, inventory, and merchandising. What will you be doing?

  • You will build rapport with customers.
  • Display a friendly and outgoing attitude through good eye contact and body language.
  • Help customers with any questions they may have. If you aren’t able to answer their question, you will direct them to another team member who can.
  • Stock product and maintain displays according to merchandising standards.
  • Utilize technology to complete activities and tasks.
  • Execute planograms and merchandising layouts as assigned.
  • Clean and prepare fixtures, shelving, and displays to company standards.
  • Install all signage, displays, wayfinders, pricing, and promotional materials.
  • Stock and fill merchandise according to new planogram layouts.
  • Relocate merchandise to new home locations during resets.
  • Build and maintain displays, skid drops, corrugates, and fast-track signage.
  • Ensure backroom fixture organization and maintenance standards are met.
  • Work collaboratively with team leaders and store leadership to deliver project goals safely, accurately, and on schedule.
