Position Overview:
We are seeking a Traveling Merchandising and Sales Representative to build effective, visually appealing product displays and drive product sales at assigned locations within San Jose, Hollister, Gilroy, Redwood City, San Mateo, and Hayward. This role requires an enthusiastic self-starter with strong organizational and sales skills, capable of engaging with store staff and customers to boost product visibility and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel weekly to assigned retail locations within San Jose, Hollister, Gilroy, Redwood City, San Mateo, and Hayward to build and maintain product displays that meet our merchandising standards.
  • Actively engage with store staff and customers to promote and sell products, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and foster strong relationships with store personnel to ensure smooth merchandising operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels, ensure displays remain fully stocked, and restock as necessary to support sales.
  • Gather and report sales performance data, customer feedback, and store-specific insights to the team.
  • Effectively manage time and schedule to cover all locations and optimize sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in merchandising, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven sales abilities with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently.
  • Physically able to lift, carry, and set up display products.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
