Are you a fiercely competitive sales professional with a documented history of crushing your goals? We are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven Google Pixel Sales Specialist to take ownership of the Google ecosystem inside a dedicated Verizon retail store.

Your ultimate goal is simple: maximize Google Pixel sales in your location. You will serve as the relentless in-store brand ambassador, actively pursuing every opportunity to get Pixel devices into the hands of customers. You will not only drive your own direct sales but also act as the "Pixel Guru" for the Verizon retail team, elevating their confidence to pitch the brand and effectively multiplying your sales impact on the floor.

What We Are Looking For
  • Proven Over-Performer: A strong background in sales with a historical track record of exceeding quotas and KPIs. Wireless, telecom, or consumer electronics experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities1. Direct Sales & Ecosystem Growth (The Ultimate Goal)
  • Drive Relentless Growth: Take complete ownership of increasing Pixel device and ecosystem sales within the store.
  • Sell Exclusively Pixel: Actively intercept and engage customers on the floor to pitch Google Pixel smartphones, Pixel Watches, Pixel Buds, and accessories.
  • Over-Deliver on Targets: Consistently meet, exceed, and shatter defined weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
2. In-Store Advocacy & Team Multiplication
  • Empower the Verizon Team: Build strategic relationships with Verizon store associates. Coach them, conduct high-energy product huddles, and shadow them to ensure they are comfortably and frequently selling Pixel to their own customers.
  • Be the Resident Expert: Act as the ultimate authority on all things Google Pixel, demonstrating cutting-edge AI features to both customers and staff to close the deal.
  • Team Selling: Seamlessly step in to assist Verizon reps in converting sales when a customer shows interest in Android devices.
3. Brand Presence & Merchandising
  • Maintain the Stage: Ensure the Google Pixel display area is pristine, fully functional, and visually dominating the retail floor.
  • Amplify the Brand: Keep the store environment energized and hyper-focused on current Google promotions to capture customer attention immediately.
