Job Title: Loss Prevention Specialist
Location: Onsite - El Monte , CA

Position Overview
The Loss Prevention Safety Specialist is responsible for supporting asset protection, security operations, and safety compliance across the local market. This role partners closely with Operations, Service, and Customer Care teams to safeguard company assets, manage access controls, and respond to security-related incidents.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Operations, Service, and Customer Care regarding customer lost property claims
  • Maintain accurate records for intake, release, and disposition of lost property
  • Track and document access to controlled and restricted areas
  • Issue and maintain employee badging and monitor access control systems
  • Review CCTV footage and support security investigations
  • Install and troubleshoot telematics devices across fleet assets
  • Maintain and audit ignition key inventory
  • Observe workplace activity and respond to escalated or critical situations
  • Follow all company safety and security procedures

Minimum Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in law enforcement, military, security, or technical trade environments
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and basic computer skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record (per company standards)
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Compensation Transparency (California - SB 1162)
The hourly pay range for this position in California is $27.00 - $29.00 per hour.
This range reflects the reasonably expected pay range for this role in California. Actual compensation will be determined based on:
